Brackish Water System Upgrades

This “brown field” project included system upgrades to an existing operating facility. Our scope of work included procurement of all materials for structural steel and spool fabrication, shop fabrication of all spools (approximately 18,000 dia. inches) and pipe racks, skids and platforms, installation of all spools, pipe racks and platforms. We were responsible for the coordination of all other trades for this project including supply of all cranes, supply and installation of all insulation (third party), installation of all scaffolding (third party), internal coating of spools (third party) and ensuing all spool internals were properly prepared for coatings, commissioning and start up assistance.

20 Wedge Well SAGD Production Pad

Foster Creek, Alberta

This was a “brown field” project to install wellhead piping and well pump skids onto an existing SAGD production pad. Our scope of work included procurement of all materials for structural steel and spool fabrication, shop fabrication of all spools (approximately 4,500 dia. inches) and pipe racks, skids and platforms, installation of all spools, pipe racks and platforms. 

16-Well SAGD Production Pad

This was a “green field” project to construct a new 16-well SAGD production pad. Our scope of work included procurement of all materials for structural steel and spool fabrication, shop fabrication of all spools (approximately 16,000 dia. inches) and pipe racks, skids and platforms, installation of all spools, pipe racks and platforms.

14-Well SAGD Production Pad

July 2011 - November 2011

This was a “green field” project to construct a new 14-well SAGD production pad. Our scope of work included procurement of all materials for structural steel and spool fabrication, shop fabrication of all spools (approximately 8,000 dia. inches) and pipe racks, skids and platforms, installation of all spools, pipe racks and platforms. 

Pad Group Separator Installation

This was a “brown field” project which included installation of an owner supplied group separator skids onto 4 existing SAGD pads. Our scope of work included procurement of all materials for structural steel and spool fabrication, shop fabrication of all spools (approximately 5,200 dia. inches) and pipe racks and platforms, installation of all spools, pipe racks and platforms. 

Facility Expansion Pile Cutting & Capping

This was a “green field” project for a existing facility expansion. Our scope of work included the supply of labour and equipment to cut and cap owner supplied steel piles.
