This “brown field” project includes system upgrades to an existing operating facility to reduce the use of fresh water and facilitate the use of brackish water. Our scope of work includes procurement of all materials for structural steel and spool fabrication, shop fabrication of all spools (approximately 19,500 dia. inches) and pipe racks, skids and platforms, installation of all spools, pipe racks and platforms. We are responsible for the coordination of all scaffolding (third party), internal coating of spools and ensuing all spool internals are properly prepared for coatings (third party). We also provide support for commissioning and start up assistance.

This was a “brown field” project, which included installation of an additional tank, and associated piping and steel. Our scope of work included procurement of all materials for structural steel and spool fabrication, shop fabrication of all spools (approximately 1,200 dia. inches) and pipe racks, skids and platforms, installation of all spools, pipe racks and platforms. We were also responsible for the coordination of pile supply and installation, hot taps, coating of all spools and final site grading.
